Planners – My daughter is headed to college this fall and we were shopping for a planner. She found one by Tul that had stickers, pockets and places to take notes. Reminded me how much I love my planner (in the picture above). She bought it for me for Christmas. It also has everything hers does, plus encouraging phrases and amazing artwork.
I honestly don’t know how I would keep up with everything without one. This fits in my purse and I carry it everywhere. You can find Tul planners at Office Depot or grab a cool one like mine from www.bando.com.
Let’s Meditate – I found another cool meditation app for your phone. Let’s Meditate is completely free (most of the others have a free introduction, then they charge you per month). These are guided meditations with nice soothing noises in the background covering a variety of topics.
Vision Boards – I created a vision board for my “Get Crafty” assignment from the 30 Day Self Care Challenge that is running on the Tea With Traci Facebook page. These are fun to make, and they really do keep you focused on what you are working towards, since it will be up somewhere that you will see it everyday. If you are unsure what a vision board is or how to make one, I suggest just popping over to YouTube and searching “vision boards”. There are lots of videos out there, usually created by some little young punk, so just pick the one with the least annoying voice. The information is all good. 🙂
