Tai Chi – Not feeling my regular forms of exercise, I thought I would give Tai Chi a try. I love the gentle movements, nothing jarring and believe it or not, I do feel like I had a workout. Because you are doing the movements so slowly, you do work the muscles. If you want to try something new, I recommend giving this a go. I’ve just been finding workouts on YouTube.
Natrum Muriaticum – Also known as Nat-Mur. So my cat is rather old and all of sudden started losing weight at an alarming speed even though I was feeding him more. I read that older cats tend to develop hyperthyroidism and then found that Nat-Mur was recommended as a natural way to keep it in check. Found some off of Amazon for less than $10.00. I’ve been giving Mr. Beans two pellets a day mixed in with his food and I’m happy to report that after about three weeks, he is gaining weight again.
Jen Sincero – Jen Sincero wrote the book “You Are a Bad Ass” that received quite a bit of acclaim. I loved it. My daughter, for Mother’s Day, gave me her new book “You Are a Bad Ass at Making Money“. I’m only a few chapters in, but I’m uncovering things concerning my attitude about money that have apparently been holding me back. Definitely worth a read!
