Headspace App – Upon recommendation to help relieve stress, I began looking into various apps for guided meditations. There are some really nice ones out there, but Headspace has about 10 sessions that will teach you the basics for free. You can then subscribe to get a wider variety. The voice leading the meditations has an Australian accent. This is a BONUS in my book.
Water – I’ve been focusing lately on drinking more water throughout the day and it’s definitely lifted the sluggishness that I’ve been feeling lately, not to mention, getting rid of some reoccurring headaches. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses a day ideally. Spruce up with some lemon or other citrus fruits or flavor packets if you find plain water just too boring.
